Shipping of 1250KW Full Auto Induction Forging System

The sun is shining brightly today. The two reserved railway containers came to our factory as scheduled. The 1250 kW Full Auto Induction Forging System is about to be loaded into the container and headed to our customers on the train.
This Induction Heating Machine is designed and manufactured for forging of billets diameter ranging from 80mm to 150mm and length ranging from 166mm to 700mm. It is a complete set of Induction Heating Equipment that consists of Induction Power Supply (1250kw), Induction coils, Plate Heat Exchanger Cooling system, Auto loader & Feeder, Auto extractor, Infrared thermometer and main control cabinet with PLC and friendly HMI touch panels
The Induction Power Supply is 1250kw of power and IGBT inversion technology based. It’s equipped with Schneider’s Electric Breaker, Siemens PLC and Touch Panel.
