It uses a Dual-Channel Induction Power Supply System (two independent power supplies for Hardening and Tempering) to achieve high-intensity heat treatment process to ensure that the material strength grade reaches the 12.9 standard. This line mainly consists of items such as IGBT Induction Heaters and Induction Coils, Cooling System, Mechanical System, Automation and Temperature Measurement.
